Infinity’s Ultimate Adventure Challenge

Join the Adventure!

Infinity’s Ultimate Adventure Challenge (IUAC) is a flexible, feel-good outdoor challenge and fundraiser that brings together hiking, public art, and exploration; with a little scavenger-hunt fun mixed in. From May through December, participants create their own adventure by visiting trails, art installations, and public spaces, snapping selfies at meaningful landmarks, and uploading them to our online portal.

Visit 24 locations of your choice and you’ll earn a finisher number, a commemorative patch, and a sticker designed by local artist Ash Pickering—along with plenty of great memories along the way.

IUAC is designed to meet you where you are. Participants can explore locally in Chautauqua County, New York,  participate while traveling, or join in from anywhere in the world. To help inspire local adventures, registrants receive a suggested list of hiking trails, public art, and outdoor spaces in the Greater Jamestown area, but how, when, and where you adventure is entirely up to you.

Clarity note: Local participants often choose locations within Chautauqua County, while participants outside the region are welcome to select meaningful outdoor spaces, trails, or landmarks wherever they live or travel. IUAC is a self-guided challenge open to participants nationwide. All adventures count.

Why Participate?

Explore together. IUAC is a great way to spend time with friends, family, and even your dog while enjoying the outdoors and discovering new places.

Support youth arts. Infinity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and IUAC helps sustain accessible, engaging youth arts education and creative programming for young people in and around Chautauqua County, New York.

Celebrate what connects us. Created in 2020 as a creative response to the pandemic, IUAC honors the natural connection between music, art, movement, and place—values that are central to Infinity and the people we serve.

Adult (18+): $20
Infinity Sponsor or Employee: $18
Student (17 and under): $10
Family (up to two adults and four children): $50
Dog: $10

After registering, you’ll receive a welcome email with your instruction packet and an invitation to join our private IUAC Facebook community. The challenge runs from May through December, giving you plenty of time to complete it at your own pace.
