Wednesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Ages: 10-14
This class encourages freedom of movement and expression, with a focus on body mechanics, spatial awareness, posture, balance, and musicality. Students will explore and expand these skills through the use of choreography set to a variety of musical styles.
