Events for March 2023

Wednesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm Instructor: Ashley Pickering Ages: 10-18 In this class students will learn the basic steps of landscape painting, develop painting techniques, and more. Students will work mainly in acrylic and watercolor paints for this course, with the opportunity to advance on to oil or gouache paints.

Wednesdays, 4:00pm-4:30pm Instructor: Sara Rafaloski Ages: 5-10 Do you know how to play an instrument by yourself, but want someone to play with? Come jam with us at Jam Sessions! Students should have at least one year of experience on their instrument and a recommendation from their private lesson instructor.

Wednesdays, 4:00pm-5:00pm Instructor: Ashley Pickering Ages: 10-18 An introductory class where students explore the basics of polymer clay sculpting. In this class students will learn to work with polymer clay, create armatures for sculptures, the basics of balancing a sculpture structurally, how to utilize clay tools, and how to paint finished sculptures.

Thursdays, 4:00pm-5:00pm Instructor: Renee Boardman Ages 8-18 In this class we will explore cultural art and learn to work with different mediums from different countries.  

Thursdays, 4:00pm-5:00pm Instructor: Cathy Panebianco Ages: 8-13 Do you want to learn more about photography? Use a camera like the pros? In this class you’ll learn about exposure, history of photography, photography tips, careers in photography, composition and more! We’ll have a lot of fun photographing different subjects and creating student-led projects.

Thursdays, 5:00pm-6:00pm Instructor: JamieLee Ages: 8-18 Theater class is open to students of all levels of theater. This class helps students explore the world of theater through Improv and more!
